Laurent Bourgade: Born and raised in Paris, France, Laurent has been a staple in the Miami nightlife scene for years. In his early club days in France, Laurent worked the door of most prestigious clubs in Paris including Les Bains Douches, le Palace, Cabaret, Renaissance, Les Bouchons and Safari Lounge.

In 1996, Laurent decided to permanently move to Miami and started working at the prestigious Living Room, the hottest club in Miami. From there, went to Bash with Eric Omores, Bar Room with Chris Paciello, Level with Noath Lazes, Space with Luis Puig, Pearl and Nikki Beach with Eric Omores again and finally Mynt with Nicola Siervo and Roberto Kahn.

In 2003, Laurent opened Grass Restaurant & Lounge in the Design District of Miami, and set the trend for the next 2 years of attracting high-end patrons outside of South Beach. Grass received rave reviews and catapulted Miami’s Design District into the International spotlight.

Dimitri: Born in Greece and raised in New York, Dimitri has been involved in the Fashion and nightlife industries for years. Dimitri spent several years in Milan as a professional model for Major Models, landing such accounts as Armani, Ferre and Valentino. Currently, Dimitri is represented by Wilhelmina Models in Miami and The Ford Modeling Agency in Chicago. 

Dimitri has spent the last 10 years working in all facets of the nightlife industry. While attending school and pursuing a modeling career in New York, he worked in many top nightclubs as a promoter, doorman, and party host. The list of clubs includes Webster Hall, Life, Sound Factory, Roxy, Tunnel and Twilo.

For the past 5 years, Dimitri has successfully worked in world renowned clubs in South Beach. He premiered the opening of CROBAR Miami in 1999 as VIP Host. Next came Opium Garden in 2001 as VIP director / floor manager. By the end of 2002, Dimitri moved to Mynt Lounge as VIP Director/ Host. Later, he became the VIP host at Grass at the beginning of 2004.

Mark Allen Caesar: Born in suburban Boston, Mark Caesar has a long history in the entertainment industry. Trained early as a musician, Mark graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston and soon after moved west to Los Angeles. Within months, Mark began personal management for major entertainment industry personalities such as Gregg Allman of The Allman Brothers Band, Jason Scheff of the rock group Chicago, music producer/director Michael Dorian (The Gap Band, Robert Palmer, Jody Watley) and Ms.Fitness Magazine Editor Greta Blackburn.

Caesar returned to Boston after five years in LA to design and build Sanctum Productions in the city's Leather District.  With partners Leo Mellace and Steve Catizone, Caesar formed the music production group Nero Muzic. The group has produced recordings for  including a major label artist lead by Wyclef Jean of TheFugees’ fame, Gary Cherone (Van Halen, Extreme) Chris Emerson & Seventeen.

Mark joined in several restaurant and club ventures and was instrumental in the marketing identities of the ultra-chic Venu & Rumor Nightclubs in Boston’s Theatre District as well as the lounges Oskar's and VERTIGO.  After several years of searching the right situation, Caesar successfully married fine dining and “ultra-lounging” to create Trio in Boston’s Leather District. Caesar also consulted on the landmark Biltmore Room in New York City.

Igor Blatnik: Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Blatnik’s family relocated to Gstaad, Switzerland when he was a teenager. Fluent in seven languages, Igor also has a lengthy nightlife career history.  Igor practically invented Boston's "International" scene in the early nineties with the ultra-chic Club Nicole. For 14 years Club Nicole catered to the sons of kings and other jet set clientele who attended the prestigious colleges of the Northeast.

Next came Venu in the spring of 1999. A slightly larger venue than Club Nicole, Venu remains a staple in the A-List circuit to this day. Following on the success of Venu, Igor's group expanded outward to include VIP clubs Rumor and Aria

His latest major project is 33 Restaurant & Lounge of Boston. A critically acclaimed and stylish menu has allowed 33 to succeed in one of America’s toughest food neighborhoods: Boston’s Back Bay. 33 is a spectacular visual and culinary combination, including one of the premier locations to experience a mood altering Color Kinetics lighting display.
